SMOKING and VAPING is not allowed. We have tobacco censors and if they are alerted, you will be charged $1,000 and asked to immediately leave. QUIET hours are 8pm to 8 am. We have noise detectors. If noise is louder than 80 decibles for longer than 15 min, we will be alerted and alert the authorities. You will be asked to immediatley leave and forfeit the remainder of your stay. No COMMERICAL activites or bitcoin or other MINING GUESTS are not allowed without prior approval. If you invite friends for dinner, give us advanced notice to approve. If this is not followed or more people stay in the unit than in the booking, you will receive a fine. SHOES to please be left at the door. NON-AVERAGE CONDITION FEE: Please be aware that if there is an extraordinary mess in the unit, e.g., spills, kitchen full of dishes, a mess in the fridge, pet hair on furniture, we will have to apply an additional cleaning fee since this will go above and beyond normal cleaning hours. PETS: We love pets! Please let us know if you have furry companions. Depending on length of stay, we may ask for a refundable pet deposit for major accidents. Please keep pets off of furniture to avoid extra cleaning fees that will incur if hair is found. Please bring your own towel or use the special one provided to wipe their pawsbefore they come back inside. Please avoid letting them go to the bathroom on our lawn; the lawn edge around the sidewalks are fine. All poop must be picked up. There is a drawer in the kitchen with food and water bowls and a few supplies. :) BASEMENT: No parties in the house or the finished basement. EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT We will do our best to accomodate your request. For late check-out, we may need to charge an extra fee to make up for late cleaning fees. If that is necessary, we will send an "Extra Services" request for payment to you through Airbnb. Small children and animals must be supervised. This is an old home. We are not responsible for any safety concerns. Please bring your own child safety equipment with you. FINES/FEES: By not following these rules you and your guests will be subject to forfeiture of your stay and additional fees.
